    This is a great opportunity to join a established MS Gold Partner consultancy who specialise in delivering Power Platform solutions for their customers. As a business they support some well established companies with digital transformation projects and are experiencing an increased demand for their services.

    They have 12+ on ongoing projects for Power Platform, and have a great technical team of developers and consultants working on these already. However they really require a experienced Project Manager to take a lead on managing these projects, and ensuring full project delivery to a professional standard.

    Essential Skills:

    * Well experienced in managing IT projects
    * Basic technical understanding of core Microsoft services and offerings such as M365 / Power Platform / Azure
    * Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and/or PRINCE2 qualified), tools (Microsoft Project), and techniques.
    * Knowledge of software development life cycle, and able to collaborate with developers on projects

    Job description

    Overview: Nigel Frank International in collaboration with our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Program Manager to lead their dynamic team and drive the implementation of end-to-end Microsoft stack solutions, with a heavy focus on Dynamics 365 (D365) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Reporting directly to the CTO, you will manage a team and oversee internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

    ** If you don't have strong Microsoft Dynamics knowledge and experience in Project Management or Program Management you will not be considered.**

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead the implementation of Microsoft stack solutions, with a focus on D365 and SCM, from architecture design to post-go-live support.
    * Manage a team of three direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance.
    * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
    * Drive change governance processes, including UAT, testing, and change communications.
    * Execute 1-2 large projects annually, along with smaller-scale projects monthly.
    * Provide technical expertise and guidance on D365 architecture and integration, leveraging SAS applications.
    * Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, to navigate complex project requirements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    * 2-3 years of experience in a client-side role, with a focus on implementing and managing D365 solutions.
    * Strong technical understanding of D365 and Microsoft stack technologies.
    * Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
    * Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
    * Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for 2-3 days in the office, located in Melbourne CBD.
    * Vendor background experience is acceptable, with recent client-side experience preferred.
    * Strong knowledge of SCM/AWH is preferred but not a deal breaker.
